Shasta and Nate’s Pretty Purple Wedding
What a lovely couple. Shasta and Nate wanted their wedding to be beautiful, but relaxed. The day was light-hearted and comfortable, and had a unique style all its own. We loved planning this Italy-inspired wedding in Orlando!
We created the bouquets for Shasta and her maid of honor so that they were elegant but not stuffy. The maid of honor carried a bouquet made almost entirely of lilac roses, while Shasta’s bouquet was a mix of white, lilac, and vibrant purple (love those purple anemones!).
At the reception, the decor was a balance between glamorous and whimsical. In place of one large centerpiece, the tables featured groupings of small vases with white and purple different flowers. The table numbers were held by round pieces of wood for a touch of natural beauty.
Guests were “treated” to many different sweets! In addition to the wedding cake, they were also invited to visit the color-coordinated candy buffet. After dancing and partying all night with the bride and groom, guests were given playful “hangover kits” to help ease their pain. Shasta and Nate were on the dance floor the entire time and made the message clear: this was an event that was meant to be joyfully celebrated!
Shasta and Nate, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!
