Yamile & Miguel: Romantic Casa Feliz Wedding

When I think of romance, the historic Casa Feliz in Winter Park, Florida is at the top of my wedding destinations list. And for my bride and groom, Yamile and Miguel, it was at the top of theirs as well. With family and friends traveling from all across the globe to celebrate with them, it was going to be a wedding to be remembered.

The Ceremony

One of the reasons that Casa Feliz is a favorite for intimate wedding celebrations is its gorgeous grounds. The whitewashed brick porch was a dream setting for Yamile and Miguel’s wedding ceremony.

Keeping the romantic decor sophisticated and elegant played well with the rustic Spanish farmhouse charm. Gold pillars and large gold urns held arrangements of hydrangeas and blush roses.

A floral and greenery swag hung from the wooden balcony above the couple, creating a romantic framing for the wedding ceremony.

The Reception

After the ceremony, Yamile and Miguel took an opportunity to spend some time together while taking pictures in the gardens. Then, they joined their friends and family under the tent for a romantic wedding reception.

Gold, white, and candlelight! The guest tables were set with crystal pillars that featured floating candles and arrangements of hydrangeas. Gold chargers and flatware completed the look.

Under the stars and the twinkle of the chandeliers, the bride and groom made their grand entrance. They enjoyed a delicious meal and celebrated with a toast.

When it was time to party, the newlyweds and their guests did exactly that! They danced through the night and took some time to thank their friends and family for attending this special day.
